Joining the Club
If you are interested in joining the club and getting involved (whether to learn, create, exhibit, or support club activities), we would be glad to hear from you. Please read all of the information below before submitting an application to join using the provided form.
Information
General conditions
Due to insurance restrictions the club is not able to accept applications for membership from anyone under the age of 18.
The Club`s Constitution imposes a maximum limit of 50 Members resident outwith the area defined by the Map of Membership Catchment Area (Google Maps).
Data Privacy Statement
Helensburgh Art Club, will use and hold your supplied data for the purpose of organising and providing services to the Club, so long as it is fair, proportionate and lawful. This includes the use of MailChimp for emailing the membership, which is our normal method of communication. The Club will hold the data securely and will not otherwise distribute the data to third parties. The data held will be deleted when you cease to be a member of the Club whose full Data Privacy Policy can be accessed by clicking here (PDF Download).
Subscription
The initial Subscription fee is £25, then the same amount is payable annually on 1st April. We encourage you to pay the initial fee by bank transfer and preferably have a Standing Order in place for future payments.
For making a one-off payment or setting up a Standing Order for future payments please use the bank details below with your name as the reference.
